Order Processing

Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed, picked, packed and shipped. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Orders with 2nd Day or Overnight Priority service will be processed and shipped the same day if received by 11:00 AM EST, depending on product availability and except major holidays. Orders received after 11:00 AM EST will be processed on the next business day. Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO / FPO addresses must be shipped via the USPS Priority and cannot be shipped via 2nd Day or Overnight Priority service. Please note that during holidays, post office holidays, company close downs, or promotional sales, there may be a delay in shipping times. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information if available within 24-48 hours of shipment. All purchases are subject to bank authorization and only authorized purchases may be processed and shipped.

Sales Tax

We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to Virginia. Sales tax will be charged on total merchandise including shipping and handling fees when applicable.

International Orders

Depending on the import laws of your country, it is possible that you may be charged customs, duty fees or taxes by the postal service and/or customs upon arrival in your country. These charges are solely your responsibility; please check with your local government/customs agency for information. The value of your package will be declared as merchandise for the full order amount.

Payment Methods

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards, PayPal, money orders and wire transfers.

Please note:

• We do not store your credit card information to assure the highest level of security. Therefore, you will be asked for your credit card information each time you make a purchase at our store, even if you have an account with us. Although some websites do offer express checkout and save your credit card information, we chose not to offer this option to give our customers the best protection and security possible.

• All transactions and sensitive data, like your credit card number, name, and address, are processed through SSL secured pages. SSL software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure online commerce transactions.

• The billing address you provide must match the billing address that is on file with the financial institution that issued the credit card. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria or if a credit card authorization fails without notifying you.

• For international orders, the exchange rate depends on the method of payment that you choose. To know the exact rate, please contact your payment party directly.

• To arrange for money order or wire transfer payments please contact us in advance.

• All orders over $2,500 must be placed using a wire transfer.

Shipping Information

The available shipping options and rates to your destination will be displayed in the shopping bag after you have proceeded to checkout. You will be able to select your shipping method and view your order total prior to placing it. Please note, all orders going to P.O. Boxes or Military APO / FPO addresses can be shipped via the USPS Priority only.

Tracking Information

Shipping confirmation and tracking numbers (if available) will be sent to your email address once your order has been shipped. USPS only offers limited to no tracking information for all shipments. For detailed tracking information, we recommend selecting FedEx as the carrier. You may check the status of your order at any time by logging onto your account on our website.

Delivery Confirmation

All packages can be left at your front door if no one is home to receive it. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. All orders are shipped with tracking and/or delivery confirmation. If an order’s tracking number confirms that the order was indeed delivered to the shipping address indicated on the order but a claim is made that the package was not received, the package will not be reshipped free of charge. Please note that USPS Services are not guaranteed.

International Orders

• The available shipping options to your country will be displayed in the shopping bag after you have proceeded to checkout. If your country is not in the dropdown list of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

• Depending upon the destination, international orders can have a delay in customs. This is not uncommon and packages may be delayed up to 4 weeks on top of the regular delivery time. We understand that delays can be annoying. However, your patience is appreciated.

• Depending on the import laws of your country, it is possible that you may be charged customs, duty fees or taxes by the postal service and/or customs upon arrival in your country. These charges have nothing to do with the postage paid at the time your order is placed and are solely your responsibility. If you fail to pay these charges, your package may be returned to us. In this case, once we receive the package, it will be processes as a return and we will refund the product purchase price.

Return Policy

We value you as a customer and your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely delighted with a product, you can return it within 30 days of receipt of shipment and we will happily refund the product purchase price, if returned intact.

It's easy to make a return:

• Log into your account to create a ticket for the order in question or contact us with the name of the product and your order number to initiate a return.

• We email you Return Authorization Number and instructions for returning the product.

• Ship your product to the address identified in our email. When shipping return back to us, please ensure it is packaged securely to prevent any damage to the item, feel free to reuse the original box it was sent in.

• As soon as we receive and process your return, we will notify you via email. Refunds are made to the original form of payment used. Money Orders cannot be refunded; therefore, we will issue a store credit or a refund via PayPal, if you have an active account.

Please Note:

• In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, unused and unopened, which includes any packaging.  We encourage you to take advantage of our sample sizes as returns of cosmetics are limited to damaged or incorrect merchandise.

• Only products purchased on eraminerals.com may be returned for refund.

• The refund will be for the full value of the returned items, unless otherwise noted.

• Original shipping fees are refunded only if returns are for defective items or incorrect orders. Sample sized products are non-refundable.

• We accept no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of product. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.

Incorrect Orders

If you are sent an incorrect item due to our error, please contact us within 2 business days of receipt of your delivery and we will replace the product at no charge to you.

Defective Items

A defective item is one that is inoperable but has no apparent damage. If you receive defective merchandise, please contact us for assistance.

Damaged Items

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your delivery. To ensure a prompt resolution, please save all packaging material, paperwork, and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting us, you may not receive credit or replacement for the return.


We regret that we do not offer exchanges on returned products at this time. Your new item must be purchased through a new transaction.

Order Cancellation

Before you place your order, you can view the content of your shopping bag and the total amount on Order Review page during checkout. Once your order has been submitted successfully, no further changes can be made. Please verify your order carefully before submitting. Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons for cancellation may be: out of stock item(s), difficulty in processing payment information, incorrect shipping address, or duplicate order. If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice - you will not be billed for any cancelled items.
